Public Health and You

The most important action you can take to help reduce the spread of COVID-19 is to follow public health advice from the World Health Organization (WHO) and your local authorities.

Scientific evidence has demonstrated that the proper use of a mask or mouth covering is the most effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Look out for COVID-19 symptoms within your family, social circle, and yourself! 

According to the WHO, the most common COVID-19 symptoms include:

  • Fever​

  • Dry cough

  • Tiredness

  • Aches and pains

  • Loss of taste and/or smell
